Ring the desk and someone in the building will answer

The phone rings at reception, and between 11 pm and 6.30 am it rings at the night porter's desk by the lift. We don't use a call centre or a chat robot.

Use this form for questions. It can't hold a room, because nothing on this website takes a reservation or a payment. Whatever you type is emailed to reception and deleted once it has been dealt with.

Please leave out card numbers, identification numbers and anything else you wouldn't write on a postcard. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to what you send.

Deliveries and the back entrance: the loading door, Hessian Lane.

Access

The Milverton Street entrance has a 1:14 ramp to the left of the steps, and the lift in the old loading bay reaches every floor, including the first. Two ground floor rooms have roll-in showers and wider doors. The cellar sauna is down a stair with no lift, and the pool has steps but no hoist. Ring the desk and we'll tell you frankly whether the building suits you.
